Manufacturing and shipping time
- Since all the products are custom made so on average of 9-12 working days are needed to manufacture the product (Back orders are not included)
- Shipping time depends on location of the customer and it takes normally 4-6 days to deliver (except remote areas)
- For jackets 15-20 working days are required which include processing handling and shipping.
- Active tracking number for all shipping products are given to our customers to meet the best customer experience
- According to the destination of customer we select the best shipping company DHL, FedEx , Skynet , DPD
- Flat shipping cost is 25$ for all the products
- Shipping discount is offered for more than one products purchased at once /
- No hidden charges or any extra charges all the prices are included in shipping price
- We don’t take any responsibility for the custom or taxes in the customer’s location
- After your product is shipped you will be informed at every destination through automated email
- Delivery timing may be extended due to weekdays and national holidays
- Quality of the products is our first priority and customer satisfaction is our key factor for success. There is almost no chance of bad quality in our products because they are cross checked before finalizing the shipment but still if there is any issue certain aspects need to be taken care of
- If you want alteration for your kilt then you have to ship the kilt back to the place from where you have received and you will bear all the costs of shipping and also you will pay the cost of shipping when we will ship the altered kilt to you .
Requisites of Refundable Articles
- Product must be in proper original packing .
- The condition of the product must be as new with tags.
- We offer 20 days refund or exchange to all our customers.
- We only accept through insured courier over the world.
Requisites of Non-Returnable Articles
- All custom made, special orders are non-refundable or non-exchangeable; all those products are specially made for you on your special request to manufacture.
- Worn or altered products are non-refundable, product should be inspected upon receive.
- You can contact us before returning products.
- We don’t offer any refund or exchange in case of buying more than two products at single time; we restrict the resale practice and returning the unsold item back to us
How to return
- First you must have to contact our return and exchange department by sending an email at [email protected]
- Mention your name, your order number , your email address you used while ordering , our sales team will communicate you in next 48 hours to offer you best solutions of problem .
- Once you qualify for return or exchange you would be requested to ship the product at our registered address (support team will update you) We only accept return items through insured courier with tracking number, All the return risk would be at your part.
